Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused journals in their original packaging. Journals that have been written in, used, or damaged after delivery can’t be returned.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or misprinted journals

Each journal is printed on demand just for you. If yours arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a free replacement, and you won’t need to return the original.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original following the steps above and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post it.

Cancellations

Because each journal goes to print shortly after you order, we can only cancel orders within 12 hours of purchase.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
